   WillPower Training Studio Class Schedule

With small group training you get the attention and guidance of a personal trainer, but with more affordability along with flexibility of schedule. Please note all classes are one hour long unless noted.

5:45 AM Rise and Grind (45 minutes)

12:00 PM Will Power Fit

5:30 PM Strength Training for Athletic Performance

Tuesday

9:00 AM Will Power Fit

12:00 PM Kick Ass

5:30 PM Circuit City

Wednesday

7:00 AM Will Power Fit

9:00 AM Will Power Fit

12:00 PM Will Power Conditioning


Thursday

12:00 PM Kick Ass
